Web Developer/ Graphic Designer
We have an immediate openings for a Web Developer / Graphic Designer in the Dallas area. There are currently full/part-time/contract/contract-to-hire positions available at BlueSpot Web Solutions.

Job Duties include:
* Develops and implements UI designs for the company’s clients by building interfaces using HTML, CSS, JSP, ActionScript, and XML
* Works closely and effectively with other members of the company to produce interfaces that satisfy the client’s business requirements
* Unit tests work and adheres to agreed-upon production requirements
* Adheres to version control processes and methodologies
* Follows the processes and procedures that govern day-to-day activities and long-term goals

Required Qualifications:
* 3 years of overall software development experience, 1+​ years in web development
* Experienced in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
* Should have good visual design skills and an understanding of using UI components.​
* Understanding of XHTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript development skills and cross browser compatibility issues.​
* Experienced in hand-coding and debugging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Ability to strike a balance between quality of work and turnaround time
* Ability and desire to work as a part of a cross-functional software development team
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure

C#/ASP.NET Developer
We have an immediate openings for a .NET developer/designer to join our team. There are currently full/part-time/contract/contract-to-hire positions available at BlueSpot Web Solutions.

Demonstrated technical experience in:
* Full lifecycle development of ASP.NET/C# solutions
* Integration of multiple platforms using web services, XML, REST, AJAX and other integration technologies
* Object oriented design and relational data modeling
* Content migration, search indexing, and search engine optimization
* System infrastructure and configuration management
* Workflow and collaboration tools
* Demonstrated ability to assess and optimize commercial software products and information infrastructure.
* Effective presentation of technology solutions to clients.
* Successful use of project planning methodologies to deliver high quality launches that are on-time and on-budget.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
* 3-5 years experience ASP.NET development with C#
* SQL Server 2005/2008 and Transact SQL/T-SQL
* Object oriented analysis and design
* Windows Server 2008 Server/IIS 7
* Ability to work individually with minimal supervision
* Deadline oriented
* Excellent communication skills
