Step One: Website Planning

The first phase of your Website project is information gathering and research. We learn more about your business, who your target audience is, your expectations of what the website will do as well as what content you want included in your website (architecture or site map).

Step Two: Website Architecture and Design

The next phase is the finalization of your website architecture (site map) and the design of several unique prototypes (comps) of your website. This includes mock-ups of navigation, content and graphical placeholders.

The goal of this phase is for us to make sure that the design provided is to your liking. From there we can make additional changes until you are completely satisfied with the overall look and feel of your new website design. We guarantee you will be happy with our web design work or we will provide you with an additional mockup at no charge. Logo design and content development are also performed during this phase, if you've retained us for these services.

Step Three: Website Development

After approving the website design, we will code the site and incorporate the content and graphics into the new design. During this process we will create a style guide that will be used throughout the site to ensure the content is delivered in a clean and consistent manner compatible with the most popular browsers. The site will be temporarily hosted on our servers and available for you to view the site. Throughout the development process, you are able to see the progress. Once the website is complete and all content has been populated and formatted you will have the ability to perform global rounds of revisions. This ensures that everything is to your liking before we take the website live.

Step Four: Website Deployment

One last approval from you and we are ready to launch your Website. But not until we give your new site the "white glove" test to ensure everything is functioning as planned, every link is linked and every word is spell-checked.

As you can see in this process you don't have to do anything but provide feedback and content for the website. We will take care of everything else.
